Last weekend we had our neighbors over for chili to spend some time and get to know each other better and that was the motivation I needed to get the house back together. After the holidays, all I did was get ready for the cruise and now that the cruise has come and gone...it was time to get my rear in gear. No more excuses (it's already February!)
So things got cleaned and redecorated and rearranged and I feel better when I pass through from room to room. Nothing new really...but it is fun to just use what you have and when you move it around it looks new! There was no money spent at all...just a little furniture polish and a vacuum.
the flour sack pillow has a new home here.
Hope you are having a great week.

I love all your glassware - really hints to spring. are they vintage pieces? Thanks for sharing, liz
Hi
I just want to say. Your blog is beautiful. Inside your home is very
COZY~ I love cozy. More landscaping on the planning board. This spring sweetheart and I will be hauling dirt and planting some rose bushes. I just became a follower. So I'll be checking on your progress in your yard. Gook luck

Oh Kristine, everything looks absolutely beautiful! I studied each pic to take it all in. :-) You have such a way of creating spaces with a mix of styles and elements that just work together so well. I love that there is even a hint of Spring throughout it seems!

I just love the way you stacked some trunks to make a side table. I have been on the hunt for some old trunks to be able to do that as well. I just love the look.
Your home and style is eclectic and I like it very much. The large glass bottles make a commanding and beautiful statement.
I love "playing" in my house. It's amazing how moving a few things around gives a room a whole new look.
Your large bottles are absolutely gorgeous!
Glad to be your newest follower, Mary Alice

I really like your ticking stripe pillows! Beautiful.
I love your green glass and your cute lithe squirrel! The stacked trunks are fab as is that great mantel mirror - very cozy room! I love moving things around too - makes me feel like I went shopping (well, sort of)! Newest follower.
